I am a German-board Consultant Cardiologist an interventional cardiologist with extensive clinical and academic experience in both non-invasive and interventional cardiology. My medical training and professional career were completed in large, high-volume cardiology centers with a strong focus on advanced cardiac diagnostics, complex cardiovascular diseases, and highly specialized interventional therapies.

A particular focus of my work lies in interventional cardiology, especially in the treatment of structural heart disease. My doctoral research was dedicated to transfemoral aortic valve implantation (TAVI), complemented by several scientific publications in the field of interventional treatment of acute pulmonary embolism. This combined academic and clinical expertise directly informs and enhances my daily patient care.

In addition to my work in Germany, I am also medically active on an international level, including in Dubai, and regularly care for patients from diverse international backgrounds. This has given me extensive experience with different healthcare systems, cultural expectations, and contemporary international standards of care.

Another central pillar of my work is the prevention of cardiovascular disease. This includes early identification of individual risk factors, personalized preventive strategies, and structured, guideline-based long-term care aimed at reducing the risk of myocardial infarction, stroke, and heart failure.

Beyond medical expertise, I place great importance on the personal relationship with my patients. Many individuals seek consultation with concerns, uncertainty, or complex medical histories. I therefore prioritize clear communication, careful listening, and transparent discussions, ensuring that medical information is understandable and that treatment decisions are made jointly and with confidence.

On a personal level, I live with my family in Dortmund and am a father of two children. This perspective strongly shapes my approach to medicine and reinforces my sense of responsibility. It serves as a daily reminder that every diagnosis affects not only an individual patient, but also their family and personal life.

My aim is to provide cardiology care that is scientifically rigorous, clinically precise, and at the same time humane, transparent, and individualized. Patients can expect modern diagnostics, evidence-based therapy, and personal care delivered with professionalism and respect.
